Job Description
Our client is searching for a Fraud Manager as part of their ongoing growth plans, to join their team in Gibraltar. The successful candidates will be required to ensure the smooth and effective running of the department.
Job Duties:
• Research, review and negotiate with 3rd party suppliers of verification,
prevention and payment system
• Checking and verifying customer verification documents for authenticity
• Review and advising on the primary sources and patterns of chargebacks
• Continue review and refinement of the Fraud and Compliance strategies and
guidelines
• Review and recommendation for merchant accounts that fall out of
acceptable thresholds
• Develop relationship with contacts within payment service providers, banks
and law enforcement agencies
• Maintain compliance with gambling laws and regulation
• Provide training to customers service and settlement teams
• Handle customers queries and communications from time to time
• Work closely with internal departments to develop fraud screening tools
Requirements:
• Previous experience related in a fraud related role
• Experience in fraud prevention , chargebacks, detection and investigation
• Experience with online based transactions, both credit card and Direct Debit
(ACH)
• Previous Casino/Gaming operations experience with the ability to identify
fraud and unusual activity
Salary dependant on experience
