Job Description
Our client is searching for a Risk Analyst to investigate new customer and review all deposits accounts using various risk tools identifying potential card risk to the organisation. Review customer withdrawals requests and transaction history ensuring that the organisation withdrawal policy has been adhered to and that the account has been used for legitimate purposes before withdrawal is passed to Finance for processing. Review all customer card and ID documentation and ensure authenticity through third party verification software tools. Liaise with member services on a daily basis ensuring that correspondence with customers is timely and efficient. Process, Monitor, investigate and dispute charge backs ensuring efficient maintenance of chargeback files. Assist in the identification of any IT development requirements and in developing controls, manuals, policies and procedures. Researching peer to peer play reports for possible collusion.

You will ideally be a recent graduate with a 2:1 or 2:2 from preferably a business or finance discipline. Have good people skills a positive attitude and strong motivation. Good conceptual and analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of both online and brick-and-mortar gaming/gambling (minimum of two years) and a basic Knowledge of online money processing (e.g. E – Wallets, Visa, Mastercard etc) very desirable.

Salary is 17-19k depending on experience.
