Job Description
Our client is searching for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to be responsible for full internal and client purchase ledger duties, including controlling and reconciling orders to deliveries to invoices. You will work on the paperwork collection & distribution, set up/maintain invoice register, invoice authorisation and code invoice & post on alchemy. File all paperwork, reconcile creditor ledgers to supplier statements, query/request invoices and payment reviews – raise cheques/do transfers. Post payments, file all payment backup, reconcile orders to deliveries to invoices, reconcile to creditor statement and issue payments – cheque/transfers – post. Filing & general office duties and any other task/ad hoc projects as required.
Salary is £12k - £17k and will be dependant on experience
