Job Description
Our client is searching for a Claims Manager to report to the Operations Manager. You will have previous motor insurance industry experience in a claims management role, preferably ACII qualified. Personal Injury claims handling experience would be an advantage. You should also have a proven track record and be capable of demonstrating the ability to deliver process improvements within a claims environment. You will have an in depth knowledge of key issues facing the motor insurance claims industry and the ability to deliver strategies providing the most effective solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to make confident decisions that have a genuine impact on the success of our company are essential to the role.
Your responsibilities will be controlling claims costs and service levels delivered by outsource claims suppliers. Managing the relationships with our outsource claims suppliers and introducing process improvements to deliver efficiencies. Contract negotiations with suppliers to deliver the most effective claims solution and the development of claims management information. File management of high value claims and compliance.
