Job Description
Our client is searching for a Company Administrator to manage and develop a portfolio of companies, both in-house and client related, centred on the delivery of high quality corporate administration. You will deal with a variety of client issues from complex financial transactions to routine personal matters.

You will be liaising with clients and their advisers in respect of service issues, via telephone and other electronic interface. The management of Corporate Secretarial matters for a Group of in-house companies and the preparation of correspondence with clients and their advisers. Execution of transactions on behalf of client companies, and follow up where appropriate and dealing with ad hoc requests from clients. Preparation of payment instructions, and monitoring execution of instructions and the preparation of minutes, and ancilliary documents. Production and submission of government returns and ensuring that statutory records and minute books are up to date and accurate.

You must be able to interact effectively with clients at all levels be educated to O level, with passes at in English and Mathematics. Ideally you will be making progress with professional studies in relevant topic – STEP/COFA/ICSA and or a minimum of 3 years experience in administering companies.

Salary is indicated at about £19k
