Job Description
Our client in Gibraltar are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be involved in managing the other Quantity Surveyors and will be responsible for ensuring that the projects to which they have been appointed are effectively financially managed to maximize profitability. Areas of responsibility will include: Assisting with preparation of estimates.
Checking contracts prior to signature and monitoring on-going adherence.
Regular monitoring, preparing and submitting of financial reports on cash flow budget/cost comparisons and profitability. Preparing and agreeing the final account with the Client's Consultant. Ensuring that all financial issues are brought promptly to the attention of the partners. You will be involved in working on various projects mainly residential.
