Job Description
Our client is searching for a Finance Assistant (MasterCard Chargeback’s) to deal on a day-to day basis with all aspects relating to the MasterCard chargeback process. To assist and support the Head of Finance and Treasury in day to day activities.

Principle Objectives and Responsibilities including the following, other objectives may be assigned:

 Monitoring overdrawn accounts
 Registering overdrawn accounts in relevant systems
 Reacting to MasterCard replies relating to lodged requests
 Maintaining and submitting relevant documentation relating to the chargeback process.

Knowledge Required

 Previous experience in a finance role and ideally chargebacks
 Willingness to continue to develop knowledge of products and related issues through formal and informal learning, both internally and externally to the firm.

 Confident and effective telephone skills
 Pro-active approach to daily duties

Salary dependant on experience – normal office hours
