Job Description
As a Payments Associate you will handle a range of customer enquiries by phone, email or system notifiions. Resolving escalated payment issues from Gibraltar in co-ordination with other offices, you’ll create pay-outs based on players’ preference and talk with internal departments to satisfactorily close cases. You will need to be fluennt in Russian and English with French being a distinct advantage.
