Delivering through your team, you will take full responsibility for their performance - coaching, inspiring, supporting and directing them to meet and beat targets. You will also employ the highest operational standards, as you ensure our members receive the very best advice and service possible. Probably with a retail or financial services background, you will be fully Cemap qualified. We're looking for the right blend of experience, passion and sales success.
