Job Description
Our client requires a Private Banking Manager to work within a branch of one of the most respected and well known names on the high street, which has built a reputation for providing quality products and services to its clients. You will conduct interviews with customers to review and meet their financial needs, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided. You will actively sell and/or introduce appropriate bank products and services, referring to other specialists where required. We are looking for confident people, who are ambitious and have excellent people skills. In addition to this, applicants must have 3 years regulated sales experience as an IFA or Corporate Financial Adviser, FPC qualified and CAS (Competent Adviser Status) held for 2 years, previous Private Banking experience preferred, have dealt with HNW relationships before, Portfolio Management experience, must understand banking, some need to understand lending and lending criteria, ability to negotiate fees and an ability to build strong and lasting relationships with other departments e.g. Corporate and Commercial managers. This position carries a basic salary of £25,000 to £39,000 (negotiable and dependent on experience) with bonus payments uncapped, a quality car or car allowance together with the usual big company benefits.
