Job description:
This role sits within a global business analyst team and supports the core compensation process. This role requires an individual with a high degree of accuracy, sensitivity to confidential data and able to work in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities will involve reporting and analysing information for bonus, salary and promotion processes. This role will have a strong emphasis on systems; testing, training and monitoring. Experience in PeopleSoft is essential.
