Job Description
High energy, motivated professionals required to join the client serices team of the leading electronic trading platform that serves a global exchange market.
The role will involve regular interaction with clients through responding to queries, troubleshooting technical queries and issues, training the client base on system functionality and will also involve preparing management reports.
Successful applicants will be degree educated with at least one year's CRM experience and additional experience will be a plus in one or more of the following: audit, operations, trading or sales of either FX or derivatives. Additional language skills are preferred.
