Job Description
Our client is committed to embedding a culture of continuous improvement to improve operational performance and to enhance the customer experience. There now exists a primary role to assure Quality within our client site within Change Delivery and IT.

The successful candidate will be required to enhance quality and progress through the Capability Maturity Model
To help create a culture of quality by being a quality evangelist and by devising and implementing training programmes.
The role holder will report to the Team leader of the Continuous Improvement group and will support the group by achieving significant quality improvements, working closely with the line organization to help identify, define, measure and assess key business quality KPIs in all areas of the clients operations.
The objective is to embed a culture of quality within Change delivery and IT.

Candidates must have a Good understanding of PRINCE2 and MSP. Alternatively PMI or Houston practitioner.
Good understanding of software development processes and methods
Understanding of all major quality initiatives e.g. 6sigma, TQM
