Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic individual to join a support centre as Danish Support Agent. You must be a native Danish speaker with total fluency in English. You will be required to handle and process all incoming and outgoing contacts via email and telephone and offer assistance to customers regarding products. A passion for customer services with prior experience of working in a service environment. This position requires you to work shifts covering a 24/7 shift pattern.
