Job Description
Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Agent for their busy Estepona office. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including dealing with incoming and outgoing calls. Dealing with customer queries in a professional manner and completing paperwork accurately. You will also deal with other offices within the group and complete various administration tasks. You will be responsible as and when to contact clients with regards to outstanding payments. You will also be responsible for collating monthly statistics for reporting purposes. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English and possess good computer skills.

Salary is €1200 net per month
