Job Description
Our client, who is Europe’s largest integrated betting and gaming company, is looking for Customer Service / Bingo Chat Moderators to strengthen its existing team.

Candidates should be positive, enthusiastic, highly motivated and also have energy, enthusiasm and imagination. Excellent typing skills and being familiar with bingo terminology are critical. Outstanding communication skills with excellent written and verbal English are a must along with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will be to maintain a friendly welcoming atmosphere for maintaining professional levels within our bingo chat rooms. The department operates on a 24/7 shift pattern working 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends. You will also be expected to work on a bank and public holidays as required.

Salary is £15,500k (inc shift allowance)
