Job Description
Objective of function
Provide a fast, efficient, friendly and high quality service to existing and target clients.
Offer competent investment advice
Duties
Client Services and Investment Focus
Prepare investment proposals for clients
in conjunction with Senior Relationship Manager.
Handle client correspondence and enquiries/requests.
Support/Executions
Develop full system knowledge to enable fast and accurate inputting/handling of client requests.
Be engaged in the ongoing analysis of workflows and procedures.
Business Development
Research prospect client and introducer networks with Senior Relationship Manager in appropriate client / market segment.
Deputise on clients and seek opportunities to promote services and products as discussed with Senior Relationship Manager (and in turn help business targets to be achieved).
Compliance
Ensure compliance with all internal & regulatory requirements for due diligence & Know-Your-Client and monitor account activity to prevent Money Laundering
Various:
Conduct special projects as assigned by Team Head and Head of Front Office in conjunction with Senior Relationship Manager.
Assist with activity and marketing reports.
Monitor and clear current account debit/credit balances.
Handle corporate actions, liaising with clients as necessary.
Assist in the opening and closing of accounts.
Language:
English (with German and French desirable)
