Job Description
Your main role would be to plan, develop and implement competency based Performance Management Systems in order to identify, measure and report on organisational training plans and performance. You must be CIPD qualified, native English and bi-lingual in Spanish highly advantageous. The main responsibilities for this role are; Establish and maintain appropriate systems to determine aspects of organisational performance e.g., succession planning, training and development requirements; Monitor, measure and report on Performance Management plans and achievements; Liaise with departmental managers to provide a detailed understanding of Performance Management objectives and achievements; Establish and develop awareness and knowledge of PDP development within the organisation; Liaise with departmental managers to assess relevant training requirements; Organise training venues and logistics as required in order to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery; Plan, develop and deliver relevant training courses and arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the efficient delivery and measurement of training.
