Job Description
We are seeking a high energy, results oriented, Human Resources Manager for our new office.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for implementing and supporting a broad
range of Human Resource projects including recruitment and retention, performance
management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, organizational
development and occupational health and safety requirements. The successful candidate will play
a key role in establishing quality and consistent Human Resources practices in a new office and
growing company.
What you’ll be doing….
 Effectively implement and communicate company policies and procedures to employees
ensuring understanding and compliance
 Ensure the Company complies with all Irish Employment Standards and regulations
 Oversee and participate in full-cycle recruitment as required and deliver on-boarding
programs
 Administer the company’s benefits programs such as including medical, dental, life
insurance and disability and liaise with benefits consultants and insurance carriers
 Ensure timely and accurate processing and administration of all related payroll and
benefit adjustments and changes, employee files and the various insurance carriers
 Coach leaders through performance management processes including training, providing
feedback and ensuring quality delivery
 Maintain employee records and prepares documentation for new hires, terminations,
resignations, transfers and salary adjustments
 Keep record of all absenteeism, sick leave and vacation entitlement and usage
 Serve as a key contact on all HR issues and queries, ensuring that they are dealt with in
timely manner
 Ensure HR initiatives are consistently implemented
 Maintain occupational health and safety requirements
The Ideal Candidate…..
 At least 5+ years of related HR management/generalist experience in a fast-paced,
growing high tech industry
 Diploma in Human Resources or related degree and experience
 Expertise in Irish & EU Employment Legislation
 Direct experience working in a call centre and marketing environment
 Strong background in all HR functions including setting up processes both operational
and strategic requirement
 Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and organizational systems and
structures
 Ability to provide leadership, foster teamwork, and be a role model to others
 Effective project management and communication skills
 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
 Strong initiative and solid decision-making skills and abilities
