Job Description
Working as part of the Asset Finance Division of a major UK Bank.
The role involves providing generalist HR consultancy support to this business unit.
Key activities include the delivery of face to face and telephone HR support for line management, as follows;
? Recruitment
? Absence Management
? Disciplinary & Grievance
? Business restructures
? Succession planning
? Performance management
? Training and development
? Managing headcount
In addition you will be expected to drive key HR initiatives and projects in your area of responsibility.
The opportunity would suit a HR professional with minimum 4 years generalist experience, qualified or part qualified.
You should be self-motivated and comfortable operating within a pressurised and demanding environment, ideally with experience of supporting a sales operation.
The ability to build and sustain strong working relationships with the senior management team is essential.

This role would be based out or the Birmingham office (based near the airport), however current driving licence is essential as the role will involve some travel and occasional overnight stays. Start date dependent upon successful applicants availability.
