As part of Greggs plc, the UK's leading retailer specialising in sandwiches, savouries and other bakery products, the key to our success is quality –quality products, quality service and quality people.

A key component of the Personnel department’s success will be the high quality advice and support given to our workforce, and that’s where you come in. Flexible, proactive and enthusiastic you will assume responsibility for an area from Northallerton to Sheffield providing comprehensive operational advice to our Area Managers and staff covering disciplinary and grievance issues, recruitment, employment law, training, sickness absence and labour turnover.

To be considered for this position you should be a highly effective communicator and possess a minimum of 2 years generalist experience. Ambitious and eager to develop personally you will ideally be of graduate calibre and be CIPD qualified.
