Job Description
Our client is one of the most successful and fastest growing companies supporting the public sector in the UK today. They are a leading provider of professional support services, offering a broad range of consultancy and managed services. The company is organised into six divisions and employs over 1,900 people.

The Company is now seeking to employ three Divisional Human Resources Managers.

The Role(s)

Provide high level HR services and advice, tightly aligned to business need, covering organisational design, change management, reward structures, training and resourcing.

The Person

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
· High calibre generalist with a proven track record of at least 5 to 7 years across all HR disciplines;
· Relevant professional qualification, e.g. CIPD;
· First class influencing and communication skills with the presence and judgement to be immediately credible at Board and Senior Management Team level;
· Experience of working in a central HR function with stand alone subsidiaries;
· A highly commercial outlook with the desire to provide high quality advice.

Geographical Location

The posts are based in London, Birmingham or Sheffield. Candidates must be prepared to travel throughout the UK as part of the role.

Remuneration Package

The remuneration package will include an annual salary of up to £55k plus car and other benefits.
