HR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT / INTERIM – CENTRAL LONDON - BASE TO £25,000 + OTE CIRCA £60,000 + BENEFITS + BONUS

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The prime objective of this recruitment organisation is to provide clients with independent advise on all matters relating to human infrastructure. The aim is to understand clients’ needs and inspire change to improve processes and reduce costs. THE CANDIDATE / BENEFITS:

To be considered you should have a minimum of 1 years Recruitment Experience (any sector) or will be working within HR/ In-house recruitment and have an ambition to work in a consultancy services. Your role will include full management of the recruitment process and full ownership of developing accounts. An appreciation of the issues faced within HR is advantageous but secondary to a good grounding in recruitment. This is a Sales role and success is based on your ability to develop new business and win accounts.
