HR Manager: Up to £50,000
North London (Construction)


Our client enjoys a steadily growing turnover as well as an enviable reputation within the construction industry of offering a level of service rarely found in the market place. They are now recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to join head their head office.

This is a generalist, standalone role providing support to managers and employees at head office.

Tasks
Dealing with discipline and grievance issues
Ensuring all training and development needs are acknowledged and managed accordingly
Contributing strategically on HR issues, working closely with management

Working closely with line managers in relation to recruitment and selection

Experience
Successful candidates are likely to have 2-5 years HR Management experience, with some of it being in the construction industry, be degree educated and ideally CIPD qualified. Candidates must be able to demonstrate Strong influencing and communication skills as well as experience of building relationship with Senior Managers.
