Job Description
Influence and input towards the strategic direction of the Recruitment function.
Drive a pro-active recruitment service to the HR Team and its client’s, the business.
Build effect relationships with HR Business Teams and Managers across to be able to assess future recruitment needs.
Provide robust challenges and feedback to the HR Team and Management across.
Ensure the recruitment process meets the needs of its clients by reviewing, monitoring and assessing current internal processes against market leading initiatives and recommended change where necessary.
Ensure recruitment systems are able to meet the demands of the process.
Manage and motivate the recruitment team.
Manage and maintain key supplier and third party relationships, ensuring high service levels at cost effective rates.
Ensure systems and MI are constantly updated to ensure accurate reporting to the business.
Monitoring delivery of service level agreements with third party suppliers.
Manage the recruitment budge.
