Job Description
The role is to visibly support the GM, as part of the senior management team, in building and maintaining a constructive site culture. This will be achieved through the development of unit managers; providing resourcing, training and development expertise and solutions which will ensure great people and profitable sales.

HRD KPI’s and site activity report
Performance Reviews
Training – continuous development through the use of company tools

They also require applicants with:
A Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Customer focused.
Good attention to detail.
Team player
Work on own initiative
Knowledge of Employment Law.
Be able to prioritise work and work under pressure.
