Job Description
Our client is searching for an HR Administration & Reporting Assistant to work on a variety of different elements within this blue chip organisation. HR Administration (Staff related correspondence, monitoring of policies etc), monthly Payroll, Social Insurance, Tax returns and maintenance of records & databases will be the mainstay of the requirement. IN addition reporting for Management, Head Office, Regulatory Bodies and staff Benefits; Pension, PHI, Death in Service, Health Scheme, Allowances. Working on premises, Health & Safety, Insurances and intranet Maintenance & Development. Also marketing, Training & Events support will be required.
You will have previous HR experience with a proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook etc). Ideally you will have experience in Gibraltar payroll, know Gibraltar employment legislation and understand pensions & other staff benefits. Proficiency in Spanish and/or other European Languages would be a bonus.
You will be able to maintain confidentiality, discretion & composure at all times and have a high level of personal independence. You will be a strong administrator; good organisation skill, multi tasks effectively and good at planning, always follows up and completes.
