Gibraltar’s premier Private Bank renowned for its expertise in investment banking, private banking and asset management are continuing to build on their world wide growth and success and have an exciting opening for an HR Administrator.
Working in a highly professional environment the idea candidate will have well rounded interpersonal skills possessing the ability to work with all types of individuals. You will have strong administration skills and be able to multi task effectively and be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times. This is a busy and demanding role and it essential that applicants can remain composed and focused in times of pressure.
Duties will include HR Administration including
Monthly payroll, social insurance, tax returns
Staff Benefits; Pension, PHI, Death in Service, Health Scheme, Allowances
Staff related correspondence, reporting for Management, Head Office, Regulatory Bodies
Maintenance of records & databases.
Intranet Maintenance & Development
Marketing, Training & Events support
Ideally candidates will have previous experience for performing a HR function within Gibraltar including Gibraltar payroll & employment legislation experience with a good understanding of pensions & other staff benefits.
It is essential that applicants are proficient in all MS Office products, have an excellent command of English with a second European language being desirable.
Banking/financial industry experience is also desirable.
