Job Description
Our client is a world leading integrated provider of products and services for individuals with chronic kidney disease. They provide a complete line of products for haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis to support all aspects of patient treatment to optimise the therapy outcome. They are looking recruit a Therapy Manager for Haemodialysis for the UK market to be based at our head office in Nottinghamshire, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

The Role
-To develop clinical presentations to support the haemodialysis therapy in the UK.
-To undertake strategic market analysis of the UK marketplace and develop marketing strategies for the HD product portfolio.
-To provide the UK technical and clinical lead for the HD portfolio for key customers and the sales team.
-To develop and run clinical and technical training sessions for customers and staff.

The Requirements
-As this is highly technical product portfolio, there is a strong desire for candidates to possess a clinical, technical or scientific background at degree or post-graduate level. A marketing qualification such as CIM is also desirable.
-Two years Product Management experience in the medical/healthcare environment. Some sales experience of capital equipment or consumables within the NHS would be an advantage.
-Candidates must be highly organised, have excellent oral and written skills and posses a creative flair.
-Flexibility to travel throughout the UK.
-Full therapy and product training will be provided at our Head Offices in Germany.
