Job Description
Manager/Manageress wanted for Residential Home in South Shields, Tyne and Wear.
Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience at a managerial level and qualifications required - NVQ Level 4 in Management.

The manager is required to take responsibility jointly with the proprieter to secure, sustain and promote the reputation of the home for the benefit of the Service Users. You will need to set and maintain a high statndard of professional practice and to create a caring environment conductive to the individual emotional, physical, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of each Service Users. You will need to follow the npolicy and direction of the Proprieter;to ensure the full implementation of current registration and quality control / assurance requiremnets in all aspects and to supervise all Service Providers in the home.
