Michelin Star London Restaurant - Chef de Partie



Michelin Starred Restaurant in Central London is now accepting applications for Chef de Parties to work in this fast paced, high pressure, fine dinning environment.



If you have previously worked in a quality kitchen and are looking to progress your career within one of the top U.K Restaurants, being exposed to quality ingredients, traditionally and modern techniques and international award winning colleagues.



You will be expected to lead and run a small section of 4 chefs overseeing ordering, training of Commis and quality control as well as to adhere to instruction handed down from the head or Sous chefs.



This a 6 day a week operation and the right candidates will receive two days off and complete 3 double shifts and 2 single shifts



Location – Central London

Salary – £19,000
