Job Description
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to co direct a team of 30 enthusiastic people. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and have knowledge of the affinity with Mediterranean culture, be able to execute processes and draw up projects, your performance must be the optimum combination of a result orientated professional, and clear attitude and hospitality and warmth, you must have a high level of aspiration and ambition, be intent on turning in a record performance, be a bridge builder with excellent social and communication skills, have a global view and a good organiser without losing sight of detail.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years solid working experience acquired preferably in a framework of both restaurant and event catering activities
Higher Vocational education pattern of work and frame of mind of a hotel management school
Aged between 30 & 40 years old.
