Job Description
Objective of the Role

To deliver exceptional and inspiring customer service to all National Express customers. To make informed decisions that will meet the customers high expectations and benefit the overall customer Service. To develop rapport with customers to convert enquires into sales


Main Duties and Responsibilities


To positively sell all National Express and 3rd party products to all customers

To provide information and assistance to all customers calling the Contact Centre

To fully comply with all aspects of health and safety

To ensure that all work undertaken is completed with care and accuracy

To make suggestions that will increase the customer service we deliver
Ensure a high level of Customer Service is delivered without exception

Make decisions that improve the customers perception of National Express communication, integrity, positive energy and pride

Understand and follow the agreed cultural values of the business, and use these in all aspects of daily activities

To respect the team you work with

To be ready for duty on time and ensure that absence levels are minimal
