Job Description
Team Leader

· 40 hours
· Shifts - 8-2/2-8 & 1 in 3 Weekends Sat/Sun 9am – 5pm
· Salary £12,300 - £14,000 k p.a. depending on experience
· Performance bonus paid

Key Responsibilities

Primarily working in the Corporate team with requirement to cover Leisure as required
· Managing a small team of Reservation Agents across the shifts operated
· Achievement of SLA’s both internal and client specific
· Handling inbound calls from business and leisure customers
· Telesales calling, to potential and existing customers to up sell
· Oversee the Conference booking process within the team
· Pro active in managing conversions/targets
· Liaison with hotels and clients
· Develop and present training sessions

Person Specification

· Strong communication skills – both oral and written
· Customer focus
· Previous experience in Customer Service/Call Centre or Hotel/Leisure
· Computer literate
· Pro active approach to problem solving
· Organisational skills
· Use of initiative
· Diplomatic/tactful
· Assertive
· Good negotiation skills
