Job Description
Reservation Agents (1-3 required)

· 30 hours
· Shifts - 8-2/2-8 & 1 /Alternate weekends Sat & Sun 9am – 5pm
· Salary £8,200 p.a.
· Performance bonus Paid

Key Responsibilities

· Handling inbound calls from business or leisure customers
· Search of database/website to handle the enquiry
· Input data to confirm booking information
· Pro active in chasing provisional bookings to achieve conversion targets
· Communicate any customer feedback to Operational Management, Sales & Marketing
· Telesales calls as required
· Attend training sessions required (usually monthly 1 hour evening sessions)


Person Specification

· Good communication skills – both oral and written
· Customer focus
· Previous experience in Customer Service/Call Centre or Hotel/Leisure
· Computer literate
· Flexible to work additional hours where required
· Telesales experience preferred but not essential
