Job Description
A well-established restaurant chain, predominantly based in South East of England is looking for experienced mangers in Italian cuisine and who have a passion for Italian food and wine. The ideal person must be ambitious, lead by example and set standards making sure the core objectives are met.

You must have experience in managing high volume revenue between £175K to £400K plus per month.

Customer orientated and focused in delivering exceptional service delivery.

Lead a team of between 55 to 120 members of staff including 12 to 17 chefs. You must have strong human resource skills and able to communicate at all levels.

You are a person who believes in staff training and implementing new procedures in-order to efficiently offer a high standard of service.

You need to have a good knowledge in Health and Safety training in order to comply with HSE directorate.

A Quick thinker, and a problem solver in difficult and pressurised environment.

Must be able to comply with company Revenue objectives and achieve service levels.

It will be advantageous if you have a friendly, outgoing personality; the client is very keen on people with BIG personality.

You are an enthusiast for Italian food & wine, be attentive to detail and have 2 – 3 years General Management experience.
