This well renowned 4 Star hotel based in Middlesex require an enthusiastic Conference and Events Co-ordinator to join their team.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years previous hotel experience and at least 6 months Conference and banqueting experience.
You will be assisting the Conference and Events Manager dealing with all queries that come in via telephone, fax or email and converting them to confirmed bookings, up selling conference and Events facilities wherever possible.
You will also be responsible for planning events and functions
Liaising with other departments e.g. Reservations, Accommodation and Housekeeping
