Job Description
We are looking for a strong Sous chef to work side by side with the Head Chef in a very busy kitchen for this popular Bristol hotel. You should be currently working as a Sous Chef in 4 or 5 star hotels or in a rosetted restaurant. Your career history should show a natural progression and you should be able to show longevity in each position.
You will be experienced in modern British cuisine and you will also ideally be used to catering for events and conferences.

This position is live out and does not help with relocation costs.
