Job Description
Liverpool city centre italian restaurant (independently owned) requires a hands-on assistant restaurant manager to assist in running 180 cover operation, with 30 employees.

Candidates must be well versed in Italian food & drink, and have been professionally trained in food service.

Hours to be arranged, will include split-shifts.
