Job Description
Weekend Catering Supervisor, £6.28 per hour (enhanced rate due to weekend working)
Based Seascale, uniform provided.
Working for the largest on site provider of catering services you will be required to supervise 4 staff in all aspects of food preparation for breakfast and evening meals in a busy site restaurant as well as food preparation for the week ahead. Hand on role.

You will require previous food preparation and staff supervisory experience.

Hours are: 7.30am-7.00pm, Saturday and Sunday every week. 1 hr for lunch and 15 mins breaks in the morning and afternoon. c 20 hours per week.

This is a permanent position and will require a basic food handling certificate or you will be prepared to be trained in food safety and health & hygiene.

Applicants with no previous food preparation experience in a commercial environment need not apply.
