Our client’s business is changing. With over 14,000 units in the UK they are a household name. They have created a new proposition that offers a whole new range of products to complement their existing strengths in areas such as banking and travel. This is an extremely exciting time to join them. If you are the type of person who relishes a challenge you could help introduce these new products to the 29 million customers that visit their branches each week.

With responsibility across their diverse portfolio, you will be out in the field looking for new opportunities, coaching colleagues in their selling technique, and increasing sales through supporting, motivating and directing frontline branch staff. This is the chance to shape things to come, as you will be with the business right from the start.

As an experienced retailer, you will have a good knowledge of sales management techniques and processes, including conversational selling. This should be reinforced with a track record of successfully increasing sales in a field-based role. Finally, you will need experience in making decisions that affect customers, with the analytical and numerical skills to help you identify issues, set and agree action plans with outlets and monitor their delivery against sales targets.
