Our client is an Italian restaurant company who is committed to providing excellent service, simple freshly cooked, high quality food in a happy bustling environment. This is an opportunity to join them at Head or Sous chef level and see your career expand rapidly.

We are looking an exceptional Chef to join this company; you will currently be a Head or Sous Chef with exceptional vision and passion. You will lead the Team in order to consistently deliver the highest standards of food and service, exceeding guest expectations. Due to continued success my client is growing the family business considerably and these key roles will be responsible for the opening of fantastic new restaurants.

The successful applicant will need to have a strong management background, enjoy a challenge and work effectively with a dedicated team. You will need a passion for good food, and experience of cooking from scratch using the best fresh, natural ingredients.
