Job Description
We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing Network
Systems team in Malaga, Spain. We need someone who has exceptional troubleshooting and
customer service skills and is experienced at providing MS Windows 2003/XP support. The
successful candidate will be part of a 24/7 mission-critical operation and will be required to work
weekend and evening shifts.


What You’ll Be Doing…
Provide computer systems troubleshooting and support.
Provide timely and consistent support, acknowledging and recording all incidents and requests.
Monitor and escalate requests as required.
Handle network and desktop setup for new employees/office moves.
Create documentation for users, new releases and issue logs.
Complete additional projects as required.
The Ideal Candidate…
1 – 2 years of experience in a desktop support role
Related education/certification
Working knowledge of:
MS Windows 2003/XP
TCP/IP and associated services (e.g., DNS, DHCP)
PC hardware/software
Active Directory
Exchange Server 2000/2003
Exceptional troubleshooting skills
Ability to work well under pressure
A strong sense of responsibility and initiative and an ability to complete tasks accurately
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
Some physical lifting required
