Job Description
Global leader in Telecoms need after sales Technical Support professionals (wireless products) to join the team. Main responsibilities will be handling customer requests by phone, email etc. You must have 2 years experience of either DSLAM/xDSL, ATM Switch; ISDN/PSTN, Windows 98/NT/2k/XP, UNIX, Sybase or Signalling, combined with good communication / customer service skills.
