Job Description
Our client is searching for a SAS ANALYST to perform the following tasks

• Transform business reporting needs into coherent technical specifications.
• Implement new automated reports per business specifications.
• Ensure direct marketing campaign selections are delivered on time and to specification, utilising expertise to communicate selection.
• Analysis of direct and e-marketing effectiveness and campaigns.
• Constructing direct marketing testing and control frameworks to increase the ROI on all activity.
• Build automated ways to bring in data and report on its analysis.
• Develop and maintain robust response and propensity models based on rigorous statistical analysis and apply to our customer data.
Providing customer analysis support across the business utilising the customer database and external overlays, interpreting data into key insights for marketing purposes.

Working with the marketing retention team to develop and maintain a single view customer database to ensure we obtain a more robust view of customers.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years SQL experience deriving data via SQL scripts.
• Experience in PL/SQL, ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes.
• Proven experience in a wide range of statistical tools i.e. SAS, SPSS etc.
• Experience in ORACLE/ TOAD
• Experience in Informatica/ Microsoft Reporting Server.
• At least 3 years customer data analysis experience within a consumer marketing or CRM environment. Experience in direct campaign selections and ROI analysis essential.
• BA or MA on statistic/economy
• In depth knowledge of statistical analysis, segmentation methodologies and propensity modeling.
o Statistical model-linear and non-linear Regression model, cluster model, RFM, logistic model, survival analysis , churn model
• Excellent numeric and analytical skills essential.
• Hard worker with desire to make the different
• Strong computer skills.
• Technical and IT knowledge essential.
• Knowledge of data quality management.
• Ability to assimilate complex data and present with clarity.
• Online gaming experience desirable.

Salary is £30-35k
