Job Description
My client, a successful property development group based on the Costa del Sol requires an in house Construction / Real Estate lawyer to handle all legal matters for the group. The role will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and commercial contracts, (including JCT contracts and real estate finance) and advising on the full range of residential and commercial property issues, construction and local legislation requirements.

You must be able to demonstrate previous experience in these areas but most importantly you will be a commercial thinker who can identify problems and provide solutions to both contentious and non–contentious construction matters.

To succeed in this position you must be bilingual in English & Spanish and have extensive knowledge of UK, Spanish & Gibraltarian property law. There is an excellent remuneration package commensurate with experience. Please apply online at www.wemploy.com
