Job Description
A highly successful International provider of outsourced workplaces worldwide is looking for a General Manager to be responsible for one of its business centres in Valencia.
The General Manager will report directly to the Area Director for Madrid and will be accountable for controlling all aspects of the given business centre, including chief responsibility for the sales, operations, profitability, appearance and success of the centre.

It is essential that a high conversion and close rate is maintained through both the generation of new business contracts and renovation contracts. Good networking and relationship management skills will be vital in order to generate, retain, expand and renew client contracts.

This role is split between Sales and Operational Management, with 80% devoted to sales, so a strong Business to Business sales background it crucial. Operational management will include the managing of the Customer Service Representatives; motivating, training and coaching of the Centre team members.
Requirements for this position is fluent English and Spanish to business level, minimum 2 years (preferably more than 5) of management experience, proven customer service and sales experience in a service related B2B environment, IT literate, demonstrated ability to work with financials including P&L reports, and ideally a Bachelors Degree. Experience in exhibition sales, corporate card sales, and office furniture or equipment sales are all considered relevant to this role.

To succeed in this position you will need to be energetic, have strong initiative, and be extremely proactive with a high level of commercial awareness. You should also be both a people manager and a team player who is competent and responsible under pressure.
