One of the market leading gaming companies in Gibraltar has an opportunity for you to join them as a Shift Manager. In order to secure this position you must have experience in managing a team and associated staff within a customer service environment, ensuring the highest level of customer service and professionalism is achieved at all times. You will be responsible for the following day to day administration, preparing work schedules, according to the workload. Plus you will be expected to submit reports. You will also be required to develop the team and undertake appraisals. Our client is offering a generous salary. If you have previous experience in on line gaming this is an advantage.
