Job Description
One of the coasts most exciting and highly ambitious property development companies are looking for 2 people to join their growing team. The company are 2 years old, they employ 14 staff permanently and only use the very best tradesmen skilled in all areas of property construction and reformation.
They specialise in the mid-high end of the property market, typically their clients are North Europeans (mainly British) who have purchased property in Spain and require anything from a new kitchen to a complete new build.
The role is to source new clients through marketing, business development and through personal contacts, then to provide the client with a bespoke quotation according to their needs. Once the work is under way you will be on hand through the whole process, ensuring the development goes smoothly and the client is completely satisfied. The preferred locations for you to live are either Estepona/Sotogrande or alternatively Arroyo De La Miel/Torremolinos area.
There is a strong emphasis on new business generation, you must be the type of person who is proactive and always looking for more projects. This is not a role for someone who expects to be given a high basic salary and a list of clients to deal with from day one.
You should be perfectly bi lingual, have construction or real estate knowledge and be an excellent man manager. You will need a car and be able to work on a profit share basis meaning that the more clients you bring on board, the more money you earn. You will have complete marketing and administration support and a great brand name behind you, you need to bring the experience and energy.
