My client who are firmly established as the UKs number one car and finance specialist. They currently have the following vacancy at their Alperton (North West London) Branch. Assistant Branch Manager - Salary of 55K OTE. To apply for this highly responsible position you will need to have: A solid grounding at senior level in a busy car dealership, Telesales managerial experience, Sales Management experience or retail management. Experience in stock control and finance Strong communication and numeric skills and be familiar with a telesales environment Duties will include: Organising and motivating team members Ensuring branch sales and profit targets are met Identifying training needs with existing staff Training and supporting new team members. Please note There is a competitive basic + commission + Bonuses + company car. + Guaranteed commission for 4 months.
